BetPro 2.0 is a wallet and customer portal app. It is used for customer account access, wallet balance viewing, deposit requests, withdrawal requests, payment history, support contact, and account management.

• Wallet and transaction details such as balance, deposit amount, withdrawal amount, payment method, reference number, request status, and support notes.
• Receipt attachments that you choose to upload, including images or PDF files for deposit verification.
• Technical information needed for security, such as IP address, browser/app request details, and login activity.

How We Use Information

• To create and secure your customer account.
• To process deposit and withdrawal requests.
• To show wallet balance and transaction history.
• To provide customer support and prevent misuse or fraud.
• To comply with legal, security, and record-keeping requirements.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We do not share your data for advertising. Data may be shared only with service providers or support staff when needed to operate the wallet/customer portal, verify transactions, protect the service, or comply with legal requirements.

Security

The app communicates with the server over HTTPS. Passwords are stored using secure hashing. Access to admin data should be limited to authorized staff only.

Data Retention

Account and transaction records may be kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward where needed for security, dispute handling, audit, or legal compliance.

Account Deletion

You can request deletion from inside the app in the Account section or by using the web request page: Request account deletion. Some transaction records may be retained where required for security, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
